We are looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to join our growing team and support one of our international clients, a leading company in the digital media and advertising technology space.

This is a great opportunity to work on complex advertising operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct and programmatic ad campaign delivery and optimization
Monitor campaign performance and delivery (viewability, completion rates, pacing, brand safety, capping, etc.)
Optimize campaigns based on buyer KPIs and ensure margin performance
Provide technical support, troubleshoot escalations, and debug issues with creatives or campaign delivery
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams for effective campaign setup and invoicing
Leverage 1st and 3rd-party data for campaign enhancement
Participate in strategic inventory initiatives, yield optimization, and premium offering packaging
Attend regular business review and technical meetings
Support product deployments from an operational point of view
Identify market needs that require technical development or product improvements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in Ad Operations or as a Technical Account Manager in the digital advertising industry
Solid knowledge of technical advertising standards: VAST, VPAID, ad-serving platforms, SSPs, DSPs
Good understanding of web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, JSON
Experience in programmatic environments (Trading Desks, DSPs, ad networks, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities — able to multitask and manage multiple projects
Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
