Field Collection Agent


The Candidates :

Communicates politely and effectively with debtors.
The ideal candidates should also be able to work with minimal supervision and possess the ability to meet and exceed targets
Working upon predefined procedures for, implementing strategies and instructions;

Working in shifts;
Completed minimum secondary school.

Main Duty:

• Performing visits to Corporate and Individuals debtors.
• Informing and delivering messages, documents.
• Informing Corporate and Individuals for banking and other products
• Settling meetings between the debtors and the clients.
• Reporting to the for daily visits and performance.

Candidate Profile:
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Dedicated, loyal and result-oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of the area of Tirana (streets, locations, landmarks), and other cities as well
• Age above 25 years
• Previous experience in field collection will be considered as an asset.
