Currently, Kosbit LLC, located at St. “Shpetim Robaj”, Gërmia, Republic of Kosovo has several full-time job openings for Network Engineers to provide support for a variety of operational and consultative functions. These positions will be participating in the design, management, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting and support for all aspects of our Infrastructure. This may include all levels of hardware, operating systems and applications.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for analyzing and resolving customer’s projects/requirements based on computer networks;
• Offers solution for hardware and software computer networks; manages the project and work needs as well as drafts a document proposal with detailed description of services provided;
• Works with different products for equipment and services of computer networks: LAN, WAN, Router & Switch, Firewall, Wireless (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, QoS, VRF etc);
• Proposes solutions and designs of complex networks so that integration, security and performance of networks be at the highest level;
• Evaluates every request or project coming from the client on computer networks services and ensures to clearly understand client requirements;
• Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge on networks industry and computer technologies;
• Offers solutions and services in standards according to strategic and audit requirements.
• Demonstrates the ability to analyses, identify as well to address issues or different problems.
• Communicates with the Sales Department as well as with the customer on each project;
• Prepares the technical solution document as well as the cost of the relevant solution;
• The Employee in this position uses some systems/tools to carry out his/her duties and responsibilities;
• The Employee is responsible for other duties as assigned by the Employer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Industry Standard Certifications;
• CCNA (Required)
• CCNP (Desirable);
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a technical environment and with a focus on design/pre-sales roles;
• Familiarity with the key networking processes (Cisco switches, routers, Cisco IOS, Routing protocols BGP, OSPF, MPLS TCP/IP, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Access Control Lists;
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Detail-oriented and possess strong customer service and communication skills;
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction;
• Great analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
